Wallets and Self-Custody
Users control their own wallets and private keys. Onyx Systems does not custody user wallets through this website and cannot recover seed phrases, reverse signed transactions, or guarantee that a transaction will be profitable, timely, or accepted by a blockchain network.
Digital Asset Risk
Digital assets can involve smart contract, liquidity, market, oracle, custody, regulatory, and operational risks. Users are responsible for reviewing contract addresses, supported networks, wallet prompts, and transaction details before signing.
EUPY and EUPX
EUPY is designed to target EUR 1.00 through the Onyx collateral and reserve framework on Base. EUPX is a Bitcoin-linked protocol asset with issuer pricing and Chainlink-based reference data. Neither token is a bank deposit, and public wallet display values depend on third-party market-data providers.
- EUPY targets EUR 1.00, but third-party markets and wallets may display values differently.
- EUPX is not Bitcoin and does not represent direct ownership of Bitcoin.
- Reward EUPX and Base EUPX may be treated differently by portal redemption logic.
- Token price visibility in wallets is not guaranteed by Onyx Systems.
Compliance
Some features may be limited by jurisdiction, identity checks, KYC/AML rules, sanctions screening, or protocol controls. Onyx Systems may restrict access to certain web interfaces where required for legal, security, or operational reasons.
Third-Party Services
Wallets, RPC providers, bridges, decentralized exchanges, market-data providers, block explorers, and compliance vendors are independent third parties. Onyx Systems is not responsible for third-party outages, listing decisions, price displays, wallet behavior, or external market liquidity.
No Warranties
The website and protocol interfaces are provided on an as-is and as-available basis. Onyx Systems does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, market liquidity, exchange listing, wallet fiat display, or any specific economic outcome.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Onyx Systems is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or loss-of-profit damages arising from website use, wallet use, third-party services, market conditions, smart contracts, or blockchain network activity.
